Terms of Service

• +One, we, us, our: the operator of the +One platform
• User: any individual using the App to browse, invite, book, or purchase
• Merchant: a business offering experiences, specials, tickets, or bookings through the App
• Merchant Admin: an authorised representative managing a Merchant's account
• Offer: any listing made available by a Merchant
• Booking: a reservation or purchase made through the App

1. +One is a marketplace and discovery platform.
2. Merchants, not +One, are responsible for the Offers they list and deliver.
3. When a User makes a Booking, the contract is between the User and the Merchant, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4. +One does not own, control, or operate Merchant venues or events.

• You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into a contract.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• +One may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive Offers or content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or merchants
• Circumvent payments or platform fees
• Interfere with the security or operation of the App

1. Bookings are subject to availability and Merchant rules.
2. Users are responsible for arriving on time and complying with venue or event requirements.
3. Invites sent via the App are the responsibility of the sender and recipient.
4. Failure to attend ("no-shows") may result in forfeiture, subject to the Merchant's policy.

1. Prices are set by Merchants and displayed before checkout.
2. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
3. +One may charge:
   • a service or booking fee to Users
   • a commission or platform fee to Merchants
4. Payment settlement times depend on the payment provider and banking processes.
5. +One does not store full card details.

1. Refund and cancellation policies are determined by the Merchant and disclosed on the Offer.
2. +One may assist in facilitating communication but does not guarantee refunds.
3. Disputes related to service delivery must be resolved primarily with the Merchant.

• Accurately describe Offers and pricing
• Honour valid Bookings
• Comply with applicable consumer, tax, and safety laws
• Handle customer service and complaints professionally
• Authorise Merchant Admins appropriately

• Merchant Admins act on behalf of the Merchant.
• Merchants are responsible for actions taken by their Admins.
• Access must be revoked when an Admin is no longer authorised.

1. Users may submit reviews, comments, or other content.
2. You grant +One a non-exclusive licence to display and use such content within the App.
3. +One may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

• Verify Merchant information
• Remove or suspend Offers
• Restrict access for risk, fraud, or compliance reasons
• Investigate misuse of the App

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available."
• +One does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• +One is not responsible for acts, omissions, or conduct of Merchants or Users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• +One is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• +One's total liability is limited to the amount of fees paid to +One in the preceding 3 months, if any

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.plusone.global/privacy-policy

• You may stop using the App at any time.
• +One may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or legal requirements.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

+One may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
